Rappers On "Martin"

The 90's was one of the first times on television where we as a community were able to see different sides of our culture collide. Rappers appeared in movies and television shows while actors often ventured out and did features on songs and appeared in music videos. Both were a phenomenal marketing plan, but at the core, it was a mutual respect for both mediums. One of the television shows that truly emulates that plan is Martin.

Martin premiered on television in 1992 and starred some of the most talented and comedic 20 to 30 something year olds. It was known as the show where acts could come and let their hair down, and guests truly did that, especially the rappers. We created a list of all of the rappers who appeared on Martin.
