The melodic Atlanta rapper is talented beyond his years. Other than rapping with Chicago's own, Chance The Rapper, in their brand new song, "Atlanta House Freestyle", and starring with D.C. Young Fly in MTV's new movie, High How 2, he is also taking his talents into song writing.
In a brand new interview with Kerwin Frost, Boat talks about how he is the mastermind behind the City Girls' hottest single, "Act Up". The song, off of their recent project, "Girl Code" is produced by Boat's best friend, Earl On The Beat. In the interview, Yachty says, "I wrote the whole song, except for JT's last verse." Lil Yachty and the City Girls are label mates; both acts being signed to Quality Control. Since he knows them so well, it was not hard for Boat to turn himself into a city girl and make those lyrics appear. Yachty also says, "I know what women like to hear."
If you are an avid listener to Lil Yachty, you would know that these very playful lyrics are right up his alley.
